Welcome to Pure Spring Harmony. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, your purchases from us, and our relationship with you as a customer. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. We keep things straightforward because we value your trust and want to make shopping with us easy and fair. 1. Our Products and Your Order
We sell high-quality filtration and separation housings and filters through our online store. When you place an order, you're offering to buy those items at the prices listed, including any taxes or shipping fees shown at checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for example, if there's a stock issue or payment problem. Once we confirm your order, we'll send an email with details.
All sales are final: We do not offer refunds for any reason. The only exception is a product exchange if you can prove the item arrived defective or damaged. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@purespringharmony.com .
- Send clear photos of the defective or damaged product, including packaging if relevant.
- We'll review your submission and, if approved, send a replacement at no extra cost (you'll cover return shipping unless the defect is obvious).
Exchanges are limited to one per order and must be for the same item. We won't exchange for buyer's remorse, wrong size (if you didn't select correctly), or normal wear and tear. This policy helps keep prices low for everyone.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes unless noted. We may update prices anytime, but your order locks in the price at checkout. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Plaid Merchant Services and Fifth Third Bank. Your payment info stays safe—we don't store it.
By using a credit card, you agree:
- All transactions follow card network rules (like Visa or Mastercard guidelines).
- No cash refunds; any exchange credit is limited to product replacement only.
- You're responsible for any unauthorized charges on your card notify your issuer right away if something seems off.
We aim for transparent billing: No hidden fees on our end, but card networks may charge their standard fees.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses in the North America. Standard shipping takes 14~30 days (typically under14) via [carrier, e.g., FedEx, USPS or UPS]. We'll email a tracking number once it ships. You're responsible for providing a correct address wrong delivery isn't our fault, but we'll help if you qualify for an exchange.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands it over. If your package is delayed or lost, contact the carrier first; we'll assist if it's our error.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate info (name, address, card details) and update us if it changes.
- Use our site lawfully, no hacking, spamming, or reselling without permission.
- Review product details before buying; we describe items as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or fit can happen due to screens or materials.
We comply with all payment laws, including PCI DSS for card security, so your data is protected.
5. Our Warranties and Limits
Our products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery covered under our exchange policy above. Everything else is sold "as is." We don't guarantee fitness for a specific use or that items are error-free if items were bought directly and without consultation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or inconvenience. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid for the item in question.
6. Changes to These Terms
We might update these Terms to reflect new laws or business needs. We'll post changes here and notify you via email for big ones. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
7. Disputes and Governing Law
We want to resolve issues amicably email us first, and we'll respond within 48 hours. If needed, these Terms are governed. Any disputes must meet via arbitration before further legal rights are granded. You waive class actions.
